The pool area is located slightly away from the main building and offers a bathing area of 50 m² surrounded by trees and a sun terrace. In the main house and outbuildings you have a total of feudal 700 m² living space available. Seven double bedrooms are located in the main building, two further double bedrooms are located in the adjoining annex. Each of the nine double bedrooms has heating plus ceiling fan for cooling and a bathroom en suite. The main house has a large communal living room. All double bedrooms are more like a suite. In addition to the large bedsteads, the rooms are equipped with an additional seating area with attractive and individually designed upholstered furniture in soft pastel shades or a classic check pattern and with antique touches, small tables, sideboards or desks. All bedrooms have a direct exit to the terrace or the sunny balcony. The two other double bedrooms are located directly in the annexe and are as spacious and comfortable as the bedrooms in the main building. In the outbuilding is another living room with inviting sitting area and a second TV. The kitchen area extends over two rooms and the full equipment ranges from the coffee machine, toaster, microwave to the large stove, oven, dishwasher and much more. Special highlight is the cozy dining room, the antique and typical Majorcan rustic furnished. All in all, a very well-kept country hotel in a great location.
Visits are only possible upon presentation of proof of creditworthiness for the amount of the purchase price. We charge a processing fee of € 100 for viewing, but we will refund this to you with € 300 if you purchase a property through us.
