The finca was built in 1991 on a plot of approximately 19.300m². 90% of the approximately 220 avocado trees were planted in 1990 and marketed commercially. The annual production is around 20 tons. There are also orange-, lemon- and cherimoya trees. The house offers approximately 230m² of living space on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room, a kitchen with pantry and a bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and terrace. A radiator heater is pre-installed. Further equipment includes a fireplace in the living room, double-glazed wooden windows and furniture. Outside there is a 12x5m pool (not legalized, only tolerated), surrounded by a large terrace and a covered chillout area. Keeping horses is possible. The finca has its own deep well (with license) with enough water for the house pool and plantation. Electricity, water and fiber optic connection are available. The finca does not have a current Cedulad de habitabilitat due to a subsequently installed swimming pool. However, it has a holiday rental license for a maximum of 8 people.
